Smart Value Homes Limited (SVHL), a 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, India’s fastest growing pan-India real estate developer today announced its sale of 100 units of the recently launched New Haven – Bengaluru, within just 15 days of its launch.
New Haven is the first project in Bengaluru by Smart Value Homes Limited, which aims to be the first green township in Tumkur Road – one of the city’s fastest developing corridors. Close to the Golden Palms Resort and surrounded by lush green nature, this township is aesthetically designed by internationally acclaimed architects Callison, USA.
